All of the bedrooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. All beds have duvets and all bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. The cottage has electric storage heating at no extra cost. There is a £1 coin meter for electric for lights, cooking and hot water. For babies and children there is a travel cot, a high chair and a safety fire guard. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any pets in the cottage.
The cottage is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Arrangements can be made for the ordering of groceries and other provisions from the local shop, these will be waiting for you on your arrival at the cottage. Weekly prices vary from £170.00 per week low season to £420.00 per week high season. Short breaks are available off peak season, prices are available upon request. A deposit of 25% will be required when booking. Once a booking is accepted you become liable to pay the balance for the full period of the letting. If a booking is cancelled, this liability ceases only if the cottage is re-let for the period concerned. We therefore recommend you to consider insuring yourselves against a possible unforeseen cancellation. The balance is to be paid no later than six weeks prior to the holiday commencement. |

Living Room |
|
The main feature of the living room is the cosy open coal and log fire. The coal and logs are provided at no extra charge. There is comfortable seating for seven persons, a colour TV, Video, DVD and CD / radio/cassette player. |

Kitchen |
|
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine/dryer, table and chairs and kitchen units for storage. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. |

Bathroom |
|
The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a bath with overhead shower, wash-basin and WC. |

This large double bedroom with views is situated on the first floor . |

This large family bedroom is situated on the second floor and sleeps four people with a double bed and two single beds. |
